All ski equipment and clothing sales are final.

The Craftsbury Outdoor Center does not issue refunds on uniforms, jackets, skis, boots, poles, bindings, rollerskis, or related equipment or clothing that you purchase in our online store. Warranty claims must be approved and processed with vendors by emailing jrskiing@craftsbury.com. Used equipment does not include any form of warranty.

Equipment or clothing rentals are eligible for exchange or return for a refund in the case of product defects. Please email jrskiing@craftsbury.com to request an exchange or return for your rental item. Any product you return must be returned in the same condition you receive it. Please keep the original receipt.
