The Most Exciting Ski Race Volunteer Job Ever!

A member forwarded this story the other day that would combine the previously unrelated opportunities (for the Center anyway) of biathlon/shooting and race volunteer into one:  official volunteer polar bear sniper. Yikes. While one can't help but consider how much longer our ski season could be if we were above the Arctic Circle, on the plus side, we don't have to worry about polar bear attack. I can't help but wonder it the gun-toting volunteer position would be more or less sought after by potential race staff?
