New Running Program Offering
We are excited to share a new virtual running program for the fall season! Join a Fall Training Group for three months of personalized training and individual coaching with the added fun and support of a team. The fall race season may be cancelled, but that doesn’t mean we can’t work together as we set big goals and push ourselves!
Our aim is to build a training network to reach and empower runners of all abilities and backgrounds. Our staff has experience coaching on the track, roads, and trails, with expertise in the mountains too. We want to help you, beginner or elite, work towards your goals. Each athlete will receive their own custom training plan, and take part in biweekly individual coaching sessions and team meetings. Here’s an overview of what the program offers:
Individually tailored training plan.
Biweekly* 30 minute individual coaching session.
Biweekly* 1 hour training group team meeting.
Monthly workshop led by a coach or guest speaker on topics such as sports psychology or biomechanics.
The support and camaraderie of a coach, a team, and a community.
*Weeks will alternate between the individual session and the team meeting.
We are committed to using the power of running to build connections, and support those who do not have the financial means or access to the opportunities needed to pursue our sport to the fullest. A portion of program fees will go directly to supporting this cause. Together, we can share the positive, grounding force of running with more people as we help you reach your training potential and personal goals.
