This past weekend three GRP biathletes competed at the second World Cup of the season in Hochfilzen, Austria. Conditions were incredibly difficult for competing with high winds and poor visibility. In the sprint, Clare Egan was the first American across the line in 35th with only one prone miss and one standing miss. She was followed by Emily Dreissigacker in 89th with three misses and Susan Dunklee in 97th. Clare was the sole American woman qualified for the pursuit in which she finished 53rd with 7 misses.

Racing action continues with World Cup 3 in Annecy-Le Grand Bornard, France!
