Training week of 8/28

CSC squad! Here’s what’s up this week:

EVERYONE:

  1. Attendance form: so useful with fall sports!

  2. Training plan: here and in the same place in googleland

  3. New schedule! We are on to the fall schedule! Check the “schedule overview” here. Let us know what is and is not working for you and we’ll make changes if/where we can.

  4. Winter schedule for all the programs: when we know, we’ll tell you, we promise.

EC RACE + HS COMP:

  1. Fall sports: we expect that, for those of you doing fall sports, that will be your priority for the next couple months. Talk to us with questions about that.

  2. Lots of nutrition resources from Megan! Right here in the shared folder.

U14:

  3. Friday practices: if you don’t have fall sports practice on Fridays and want to hop in with the juniors, just let us know.

We’re down to just one day/week! We know lots of you will be busy with fall sports and that’s great. Come if you can/want to.

MASTERS:

Stay tuned for your weekly plan. Your coaches are presently busy racing up Mt. Mansfield or something silly like that.
