2013 - Elmore Running TT #1 - Updated w/results

Update: find full results here.Thursday was a test for GRP and Craftsbury Jr Skers: the latter were wrapping up their week of dryland camp and the GRP are winding up their first round of adaptation after a post-winter break. No matter the circumstances, running as hard as you can up hill for 20 something minutes isn't the most pleasant way to spend a summer morning (one GRPer termed it "the hardest thing I've done."). The GRP men were led home by Gordon Vermeer, the women by Caitlin Patterson. Hope to post full results here. In the interim, you can get a sense of the day with some pictures.
