Run2Scull!
The second annual Run2Scull, Scull2Run week is in the books. Seven athletes did it all. Sculling every morning and running every afternoon meant plenty of water time plus track intervals, a hill session, fartlek on the soccer field and a 5k trail race. Our day off was Endurathon Day where we biked, hiked, ran and swam. All 7 runner/scullers raced Head of the Hosmer to finish the week with gusto.
