Weather cools, compost heats up!

As any gardener knows, a nice hot pile indicates very active micro-organisms hard at work breaking down organic material back into soil. From this pictures Davis shot last week, our micro-flora seem to be flourishing! We've been composting for around a year now and have made some nice soil we've tilled back into the gardens around the Center.
