Winter Fitness Offering: Simple strength

Happy to renew an offering in our fitness selections - Simple Strength. A 45 minute easy strength training and toning class for all levels led by Eleanor Kinsey. Simple and straightforward, this class includes: a warm up, slow and controlled weight lifting and body weight movements, core exercises, and a cool down stretch. A great way to start the day and rev up your metabolism.
This program is open to all levels and available to Craftsbury Members for $5/session. Not a member? Find full details. Craftsbury houseguests are also welcome to attend these classes at no cost. Presently, this class is Tuesdays and Fridays, 5:45am, but as always, check the calendar for current schedule. Hope to see you!
