TNR #3: Team Sprint coming on 12/31

Ring in New Year’s Eve with some Tuesday Night Racing! We’ll be closing out 2019 with a fun, fast-paced team sprint, accessible for all ages and skiing abilities. Racers will compete in teams of two, tackling a short sprint course for three laps per racer, and completing a relay tag between each lap. The course will be approximately 1k and take place exclusively in the upper and lower fields. The technique is freestyle and the race will be a mass start.

We encourage you to find a partner in advance of Tuesday, and email your team pairing in advance to tnr@craftsbury.com. As always, but even more especially for this week, we ask that you pre-register. We will still accept day-of registrations and team pairings, but it will help substantially if these items are taken care of in advance.

We will also try to assist with pairing up individuals during day-of registration, which will run from 3:15-3:45. If you know you will need to find a partner day-of, you are also encouraged to email tnr@craftsbury.com in advance to let us know. All participants need to come to registration, though only one member of each team will need a bib.

Results from this race will not affect individual racers’ series standings, though participating will count towards total number of races completed to be considered for overall series prizes. Full series info can be found here.

Please email tnr@craftsbury.com with any questions, and see you on Tuesday!
