Spring Fitness News: New Classes & the Return of Open Gym

With the change of seasons comes a change to our schedule of fitness class offerings: two new yoga classes, the return of CraftFit, and the return of Open Gym access for the community!

As of April 1, the spring and summer fitness class schedule is below. Read more and sign up for classes over here. Masking is optional.

Mondays 6:00pm: CommFit with Hallie
Tuesdays 4:30pm: CraftFit with Jake
Wednesdays 9:00am: Chair Yoga | 5:00pm: Traditional Yoga with Liz
Thursdays 5:30pm: NEW Strength & Flow Yoga with Martha-Jayne (starts April 14)
Fridays 4:30pm: CraftFit with Jake
Saturdays 9:00am: NEW Restorative Yoga with Martha-Jayne (starts April 16)

CommErg has now ended, a little earlier than anticipated, due to instructors being away for the month of April. Stay tuned for CommRow goodness starting up on Great Hosmer this spring, likely mid-May.

Our new yoga classes will be taught by Martha-Jayne, a long-time instructor at the Outdoor Center. Her Thursday Strength & Flow class is designed to be a bit of a workout, while Saturday’s Restorative Yoga offers a relaxing start to your weekend, connecting the mind and body through intentional movement and breath. Come check ‘em out!

And last but not least, Open Gym access is back in the Event Barn Gym. Check the daily schedule and re-up your gym pass, and enjoy our equipment on your own time. Masking is optional and vaccination is recommended but not required in the Event Barn. A three-month pass is $40, and a 12-month pass is $100.
