How to visit Craftsbury during the pandemic
1 - Confirm that you meet State of Vermont and Craftsbury guidance
Building on the state's guidelines, Craftsbury is open
For day-use:
to Vermonters
out of staters that have completed a quarantine
For overnight stay:
to Vermonters
Those that have completed a quarantine from neighboring states and Maine.
2 - Reserve your spot
Day-use reservations:
The state mandates that we contact trace all users of our trails, whether at Craftsbury or further afield (Greensboro). We are doing this via a reservation system that both provides contact tracing as well as ensures that when snow is limited we are maintaining a safe volume. Read all about it, make your reservation now and get your proof of registration ready for your visit.
(Craftsbury Houseguests do not need to make an additional day-use reservation. Those staying at locations nearby do.)
3 - Buy a ticket or your annual membership
Go to craftsbury.com/day-passes or /membership to purchase your pass for the day - or the next 12 months if you buy a membership! Your receipt is your pass.
4 - Check in and stay in touch
The constant during the pandemic has been change. So checking the website is a must as things fluctuate.
One quick way? Bookmark craftsbury.com/dashboard for grooming reports, events calendars, cafe menus and links to day-use reservations, day passes and annual memberships. Easy.
5 - Share the skiing, not the virus
Obviously:
Distance
Play and leave - now's not the time to tailgate
Plus the whole other points in the COVID policy and WinterOps info page.
But there are more steps you can take to avoid the virus:
Check out our guest services map to strategize your arrival and departure
If you're self-sufficient, base out of a parking lot not on campus after you get your reservation.
