That's a wrap!
Updated, 27 March
Well, we’ve fought a good fight, but snowmaking, snowfarming and all the magic that grooming pulls off can only do so much against the warmup, snow-eating fog/humidity, winds and rain that we got this week.
Thanks so much for joining us for this weird winter and your compliance with our and the State of Vermont’s guidance and regulations.
Get Bibs returned
Remember the manmade loop and early season bibs? We’re still collecting them. Drop yours by!
Stay off wet trails
We’ll be opening singletrack, ski trails and roller loop for summer use. In the mean time, please let them dry out. They are totally waterlogged. Running, riding, or walking on them now can damage them, creating work for our team and endangering the landowner relationships our trails are built on. Please have patience and know that we’ll re-open as soon as possible.
March 28 - Meals and Lodging shutdown
While we’ll continue to rent out our accommodations (at an offseason rate - a perfect time to save some cash), the dining hall will be closing with the last meal of Sunday, March 28. Meals will return in May.

Cooperation or Closure:
Some of you will remember last March when the pandemic was closing in on us all. The Center really wanted to remain open so that people could get fresh air and exercise. Unfortunately we were forced to close early because people were ignoring safety guidelines, disregarding travel restrictions, congregating, and chatting closely with friends. We do not want to have that happen again this winter.
We really want to provide skiing for our community this winter. In order to do so, we need your support:
Help us remain open by vigilantly adhering to all state and local health guidelines.
Masks on
Stay up to date during this very dynamic situation. Follow on our policies at craftsbury.com/covid and craftsbury.com/winterops
