Thursday Night Ski-nterval Fitness! For all you high-intensity fiends looking for a way to get your weekly interval workout in - outside, on snow. Join us for a short interval, intensity workout Thursday evenings. Workouts will be led by running director Heidi Caldwell and contained to the upper and lower fields. You pick the technique, you bring the headlamp, and we provide the workout and energy! This practice is not technique or form focused: It is set up to be a quick, structured way to get your winter sweat on and heart rate up in the company of friends. Strength and motivation in numbers, no ability level requirement - come one, come all!
