Where to watch:
Coaches’ Corner and 6 corners are both locations where the course passes by itself allowing you to see racers at two points in the race without having to move much. See blue markers on map below.
Parking:
Carpool if at all possible. It’s a busy week at Craftsbury, and the thaw has made some lots inaccessible independent of any racing, so parking will be at a premium.
How to avoid the race while skiing:
Morning - Heading outbound on Lemon’s Haunt and you can access Ruthie’s via Kirby’s, per usual. Afternoon - Access will be a bit tricky.
Head north from Activity Center. Ski below cabins and intersect Race Loop Bypass.
From the lower field, take Lemon’s Haunt to Coaches’ Corner. Head south (right) on Lemon’s Haunt. CAREFULLY cross the race course at 6 corners, and head out Upper Bayley Hazen to Elinor’s.
Duck Pond to get out to Elinor’s.
Questions? Check in with the Activity Center for the latest.
