SO much to do in the next couple of weeks at Craftsbury! While three elite races anchor the festival, fans and spectators will have a wide variety of opportunities to join the week’s fun!

Race

Elite races are, of course, the reason for the whole week, offering racers the opportunity to test themselves against 2018 Olympians and spectators the chance to see their heroes in action. Find the full schedule.

Girls ages 8-18 are invited to join elite US National racers and Olympians for an afternoon of on-snow games, ski technique, and inspirational stories. Connect with professional athletes, meet other girls interested in sports, and hear about life as a professional athlete! Details

2018 Dash for Cash - Irreverent Team Sprint Edition

The Dash for Cash is back, with a new team sprint twist. In honor of the U.S. women's success South Korea, we are inviting racers to participate in a 2-person mixed team sprint. World Class:  The Making of the U.S. Women's Cross-Country Ski Team Book Signing
Saturday, March 24 – starting 11:45am
Rutland based journalist Peggy Shinn will be signing copies of her book covering the historic rise of the US Women’s Nordic team. Copies will also be signed by US Ski teamers covered in the book.
 
Kid’s Press Conference with the Olympians
Saturday, March 24 –11:30am
Press conference after awards for the morning’s freestyle mass start events. Anyone under 18 can step up to the mic and ask the US Olympians anything.
 
Girls with Guns biathlon clinic
Sunday, March 25 – 2:00-4:30pm
8-18 year old girls are invited to join World Championship silver medalist Susan Dunklee, along with teammates Emily Dreissigacker (2018 Olympian), Hallie Grossman, and 2014 Olympian Hannah Dreissigacker for an afternoon of biathlon instruction – FREE! Details

Speed Camp
Monday, March 26 – 4:00-5:00pm
Olympians and long-time U.S. Ski Team members Andy Newell and Simi Hamilton will be bringing back their popular Speed Camp for ages 8-16. Learn how to go fast from some of the quickest guys out there!
