Recipe of the Month: Smokey Ranch Dip
Your March Madness bracket may be busted, but this dip is bussin’! What better way to enjoy fresh vegetables than with this creamy and savory topping. The smoked paprika adds a great burst of flavor, so you might want to save a little extra for yourself if serving to guests. It goes just about as quickly as the time it takes to make!
Ingredients:
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 t dried basil
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t black pepper
2 t smoked paprika (can sub 1 t chipotle in adobo sauce instead)
1 t honey (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve with raw veggies.
