Whether you are looking for some indoor entertainment during the cold of winter, or for a snack to bring out on the trails, give this easy and fun recipe a try. This recipe is from the Magic Spoon Cookbook
Ingredients
1 c powdered milk
½ c honey
½ c peanut butter
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined and pliable.
If mixture is too wet, add a little more powdered milk.
Shape, pinch, roll, and squeeze dough into whatever shape(s) you choose, and sneak a little while you do!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Alternatively, make energy bars by pressing dough into a baking dish and slicing to desired size, or forming ping pong sized balls for bite sized energy.
