Mondays - Crossfit - 6:15am
You've asked for it: Crossfit on Monday mornings beginning January 8, with Paige Wierikko of Green Mountain Crossfit from 6:15-7:15.
Mondays - Chair Yoga - 4:00pm
We're extending the Chair Yoga series with Liz Keglor into the new year!
Wednesdays - Active Flow Yoga - 6:30am
Rower Jen Forbes will lead you in morning exercises from 6:30-7:30 in this trial class. We're going to gauge interest for the month of January in early, mid-week yoga. If you want to get limber early, come out and support this one so we continue it.
Wednesdays & Sundays - Ergspin
Our biweekly ergspin classes are an excellent opportunity to improve your fitness, hone your erging technique, and work with elite GRP rowers. The class is held Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm and Sunday 9:00-10:00am.
