Running campers and Craftsbury summer regulars have long known coach Greg Wenneborg, a mainstay of the running program for the past 15 years. I felt the jolt of recognition when I came across Greg's name while perusing a profile of a Navajo runner in the recent Competitor magazine May issue. Craig Curley sounds like an amazing athlete with the mental toughness, tenacity and heart that we all aspire to, and Greg has had the opportunity to work with him, first through the team at Pima Community College in Tucson, and later tempering some of that same drive in to wins at marathon distance races.
